Despite having the chance to play in Europe like his fellow Canadian Alphonso Davies, Miller has chosen to remain with Inter Miami.
Alphonso Davies started his career with MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps but moved over to German champions Bayern Munich, emerging as one of the top players for the side. In a recent interview with Franco Panizo, Miller touched on his aspirations and time with Inter Miami.
“I certainly agree. Many individuals from North America who have grown up aspire to go abroad and challenge themselves, and I am definitely one of those players. It is on my list of things to do, and if the chance arises, I would love to do so. However, I am currently content in Miami where everyone has welcomed me. If the opportunity arises to stay, I will gladly remain here.”
