Concepcion Industrial has teamed up with JS Global to make the Shark and Ninja household appliances available for distribution.


LISTED home and buildings solutions provider Concepcion Industrial Corp. (CIC) has partnered with JS Global APAC Pte. Ltd. for the exclusive distribution of Shark and Ninja branded products in the country.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, CIC Chairman and CEO Raul Joseph A. Concepcion stated that our dedication to enhancing the well-being of Filipino consumers is in perfect harmony with JS Global APAC’s goal of revolutionizing home appliances to provide practical solutions for everyday living.

The company CIC has acknowledged the popularity of Shark and Ninja products in the household appliance industry. They will be introducing a variety of innovative products in the Philippines, ranging from hair styling tools to kitchen and home cleaning equipment.

CIC states that the launch of Shark and Ninja items in the Philippines is anticipated to transform the way people handle household upkeep and cooking.

CIC stated that SharkNinja has a reputation for constantly innovating common household devices and producing items that simplify, streamline, and enhance daily life. Like CIC, SharkNinja has a long history spanning multiple decades.

“SharkNinja has a rich background as a leader in the American market for small household appliances. This success has expanded to a collection of reputable and worldwide home appliance brands, fueling swift development and advancement in various categories within the United States and United Kingdom markets,” the statement noted.

In the first half of the year, CIC saw a 33% rise in its consolidated net income, reaching P350.3 million. This was due to an 8% increase in net sales, which totaled P7.2 billion.
