Apple has officially announced the release of the following shows, series, and movies. They are expected to begin streaming in the upcoming weeks or months.

Flora and Son

Flora, a single mother, is struggling to handle her rebellious teenage son, Max. After being advised by the police to find a hobby for Max, Flora attempts to engage him with a rundown acoustic guitar. With the guidance of a former musician from LA, Flora and Max learn the life-changing impact of music.

Interrupting Chicken

Set in the 1950s, the story follows a woman who dreams of being a scientist in a world that demands women stay homemakers. She eventually lands a job hosting a TV cooking show and uses it as a platform to teach science to housewives.

Notable individuals: Brie Larson has been cast as the lead, and Susannah Grant, who previously won an Academy Award for writing Erin Brockovich, will be the screenwriter.

The premiere date for Lessons in Chemistry is October 13, 2023.

The Pigeon Tunnel

It is not clear which members of the original cast or crew will be involved in the upcoming episodes.

Bad Monkey

This is a film based on the book “Bad Monkey” by Carl Hiaasen. It follows the journey of Andrew Yancy, who used to be a detective but is now working as a restaurant inspector in Southern Florida. When a tourist discovers a severed arm while fishing, Yancy gets caught up in a world of greed and corruption that is destroying the land and environment in Florida and the Bahamas. Apple intends to produce at least two seasons of the show.

This is regarding a limited TV series based on the novel “The Custom of the Country” by Edith Wharton. The story, released in the early 1900s, follows a girl from the Midwest as she rises through the ranks of New York’s upper class.

El Gato Negro

Masters of the Air

This limited series focuses on the bombers of World War II and serves as a sequel to the popular HBO show Band of Brothers.
