The latest Apple Watches are experiencing a unique problem with their display, but a solution is in the works.

Although iPhone issues are quite prevalent, it is uncommon for the Apple Watch to encounter widespread problems. However, reports suggest that the latest models are facing a display issue which Apple is currently addressing.
An internal memo from Apple, shared with MacRumors, reveals that they are looking into a problem with the display on certain Apple Watch models. Some users of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 have reported instances of flickering or pulsing when they have the Always On mode activated. There have been scattered reports on various websites, with some users mentioning that their complications turn pink when they raise their watch to wake it up. Another user stated that the issue happens while using a timer and when the Modular Ultra face is displayed.
Apple has recommended that service providers refrain from repairing the device, as the problem seems to be related to software rather than hardware. There have been reports that the upcoming beta for watchOS 10.1, scheduled to release early next week, resolves the issue.
In September, the iPhone 15 was released along with the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2. These newer versions feature a brighter screen and a much more advanced processor compared to the models from last year.
