There is a lot of speculation about Google’s soon-to-be-released Pixel 8 and 8 Pro models, but while I was catching up on the news, one detail caught my attention that may have been overlooked: the color options, specifically single-color choices.
In the past, Google has experimented with different color combinations in their Pixel series, incorporating them in various ways such as buttons, edges, and glass. However, the leaked renders of the upcoming Pixel 8 and 8 Pro reveal a new design approach for Google. Along with rounder corners, uniform bezels, and flat displays, it is evident that all versions of the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro will have a monotone color scheme throughout their bodies, without any additional accents.
