October has arrived and PlayStation enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the release of Spider-Man 2! The highly anticipated follow-up to the popular Marvel game will be available in the second half of the month, but only for PlayStation 5. This has led to a surge in PS5 sales, but it has also presented a new challenge for Sony.
The issue at hand is with early reviewers. Numerous copies of Spider-Man 2 have already been released, with some individuals claiming to have fully finished the game! The situation has become so concerning that Insomniac Games felt the need to address it on social media. However, despite their efforts, the flood of reviews continues, with the most recent one setting a new record for the highly anticipated sequel.
An initial reviewer of Spider-Man 2 stated that they completed the game at an exceptionally fast pace.
According to industry insider Darrius Fears’ tweet, early reviewer Natalya Sirinova has finished the game. It took her 15.3 hours to complete the main story and an additional 26 hours to achieve a platinum rating. If this information is accurate, she has surpassed the previous record for completing Spider-Man 2. Sirinova also mentioned that there isn’t much left to do after obtaining platinum status.
She also mentioned, “Once you reach the PLATINUM level in the game, there isn’t much else to do.”

Although she claims it to be true, her statements should be approached with skepticism since there is no concrete proof of it on the internet. However, if her words hold truth, it may result in disappointed fans of Spider-Man 2 due to its limited gameplay duration.
