The IGNITE 2023 conference will be held over a span of two days, from October 12 to 13, 2023, at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati City, Philippines.
In the upcoming year, IGNITE will expand globally, bringing together innovators from around the world. Attendees can anticipate a dynamic and educational agenda, including workshops, panels, and talks led by renowned speakers from various countries. Additionally, there will be pitch competitions showcasing the most promising startups in the area.
The Shell LiveWIRE Acceleration program will begin the conference by featuring pitches from the top three tech startups: Farmvocacy, Lithos, and Lycan. The winner of the grand prize will be selected during this program. Additionally, the top six community enterprises of the program – Agri-VINO, DLR Foods Supply Trading, OSCFO, Philia, and Samada – will also be in attendance. At the X-Hub Tokyo Demo Day, the top ten Japanese companies will have the opportunity to pitch onsite.
On the second day, there will be the WILDFIRE X Startup World Cup Pitch Competition. The ultimate champion will have the opportunity to represent the Philippines at the 2024 Startup World Cup in Silicon Valley and potentially win $1,000,000! Additionally, there will be speakers and workshops held in partnership with the Young Founders Summit.
